Jim Verstraete is a senior HR generalist with more than 25 years of experience, mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands. He has mostly worked in organisations characterised by a need for change, ranging from explosive growth to downsizing, whereby up to one-third of the employees involved had to leave the organisation or ended up in a fundamentally different position within the company.He has therefore specialised in social dialogue through the well-known consultative bodies, as well as in concluding collective labour agreements and social plans.
