Stéphane has solid experience in project management in the broadest sense, acquired both within start-ups and large companies, on a national, European and international scale.
Since 2018, he has been actively involved in the field of teaching and coaching, collaborating with institutions such as SPF BOSA, INATBA and IRISCare but also Haute École de la Province de Liège (HEPL) and more recently through the creation of a coaching service "The Project Inspirational Companion".
Stéphane is also passionate about the continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, strategic alignment, and optimization of the use of resources, all based on in-depth field expertise and thanks to a rigorous methodology adapted to each context.
