With over 20 years of experience in sales, account management, product & purchase, business development, and channel & partner management, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives in an international and dynamic environment. Working in an international environment has been truly fascinating. I am currently the Global Partnerships Director at BICS, a leading provider of communications solutions and CPAAS for enterprises and operators worldwide.

In this role, I am responsible for building and managing a network of strategic partners in the regions of APAC, Europe, USA, and MEA, enabling them to leverage BICS' cloud connectivity, CPAAS, UCAAS, CCAAS, and IOT offerings. I also work closely with the product and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights from the market and customers, and to evangelize our solutions and vision. Additionally, I am a PowerMBA and Harvard Business School Ambassador, and a lifelong learner who is always eager to expand my knowledge and skills in business administration, innovation, and strategy. My mission is to help people and organizations achieve their goals and create value through effective communication and collaboration.
