Currently Managing Director/Recruitment/Talent Consultant at Sidus Executive Search, Brussels. Given the success and challenges I encountered in my function of Business Administration Manager with IMS International in terms of Recruitment, I started my own Selection and Recruitment Agency in 1998 and have been very successful over the years.

Tot op heden ben ik (sinds 1998) Zaakvoerder/Recruitment/Talent Specialist bij het Selectiekantoor Sidus Executive Search in Brussel (www.sidus.be). Ik wens deze activiteit stop te zetten en mijn ervaring aan te bieden als Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter. Ik ben bereid te werken in de Regio Brussel/Leuven/Antwerpen/Mechelen/Limburg. Ik heb ervaring in:
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van contacten met bestaande/nieuwe klanten en kandidaten. Establishing/maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients.
- Het analyseren, begrijpen en opmaken van functie omschrijvingen. Analysing, understanding and preparing job specifications.
- Het zoeken naar en het screenen van CV's. Searching and screening of CV's.
- Het schrijven en plaatsen van advertenties (eigen website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, ...). Writing and advertising vacancies (own website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, ...).
- Het interviewen (competentiegericht volgens de STAR methode) en testen van kandidaten en het voorbereiden van interview rapporten voor klanten. Interviewing (competency based - STAR methodology) and testing of candidates, preparing interview reports for clients.
- Kandidaten bijstaan en advies verlenen met betrekking tot hun CV. Providing tips and advice to candidates related to their CV.
- Het bijstaan van klanten en kandidaten bij de onderhandeling van een contract. Assisting clients and candidates in contract negotiations.
- Het checken van referenties. Reference checking on candidates.
- "Matchmaker". Act as a "matchmaker".
- Administratieve management van de firma Sidus Executive Search (onderhandelen van contracten met klanten, jaarlijkse administratie mbt registratie nummers, fakturatie, office management, ...). Administrative management of Sidus Executive Search (negotiation of contracts, yearly administration to keep registration numbers, invoicing, office management, ...)
