I'm experienced HR Partner, with a broad focus on Talent Acquisition and HR software / HRIS.
I've had several roles within HR, going from recruiter to senior recruiter and at the end recruitment manager. Next to business HR, I was also involved in the implementation of several HR software environments and ATS, this from HR business point and view as well as project manager.
Next to ATS, I have also gained experience in the implementation and lead of VMS.
Since the beginning of 2018, I choose my own journey as an HR freelance consultant.
