Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, security, scalability, and enterprise integration patterns. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and leadership to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology strategy.
The Java Solution Architect will strengthen the quality of IT solution design and implementation, optimizing technology infrastructure, operational efficiency, scalability, reliability, and security while ensuring seamless alignment between business and architecture objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
? Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
? Analyze current ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") architectures and define transformation roadmaps.
? Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
? Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures, design patterns, and implementation guidelines.
? Provide technical leadership during project lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
Technical Leadership
? Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews across multiple teams.
? Create architecture standards, coding guidelines, and development cookbooks.
? Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to architecture principles.
? Mentor development teams and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
Solution Analysis & Delivery
? Evaluate multiple solution alternatives and recommend the best-fit architecture based on business requirements.
? Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
? Support feature refinement, sprint planning, and dependency management across multiple teams.
? Ensure successful integration of applications across enterprise platforms and domains.
Security, Risk & Compliance
? Embed security-by-design principles into all solutions.
? Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, governance, and regulatory standards.
? Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies.
? Coordinate implementation of reliability, availability, and disaster recovery requirements.
Stakeholder Management
? Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and delivery teams.
? Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
? Balance multiple stakeholder needs while maintaining architectural integrity.

Qualifications
Education

? Strong hands-on development background in Java technologies.
? Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
? Experience mentoring technical teams and influencing architectural decisions.
? Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
