About the Role:
We are looking for a Smart Contract Engineer to design, develop, and deploy secure blockchain-based solutions. You will be responsible for writing and optimizing smart contracts that power our decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 products.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible blockchains using Solidity
Write clean, secure, and gas-efficient code
Perform thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and fix vulnerabilities
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate smart contracts with dApps
Stay updated with the latest blockchain standards, upgrades, and security best practices
Document technical specifications and smart contract architecture
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Solidity and smart contract development
Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and blockchain fundamentals
Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (reentrancy, access control, front-running, etc.)
Experience with development frameworks like Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle
Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) for integration
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with upgradeable smart contracts (UUPS, Transparent Proxy)
Knowledge of DeFi protocols or NFT marketplaces
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon)
Familiarity with auditing tools (Slither, MythX, Certora)
