We are looking for an enthusiastic (junior) professional to join our client (a Brussels based international tax & law firm) for a temporary replacement assignment of approximately 15 weeks, starting August 3rd.

The Role

You will be supporting our client's team with daily administrative processes on a full-time basis. Your primary focus will include:

  • Invoicing: Managing invoices and ensuring accurate administrative processing.
  • General Administrative Support: Handling various secretarial tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Your Profile

  • A proactive, junior mindset: you are eager to learn and quick to pick up new tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Precise, structured, and organized working style.
