Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the execution, monitoring, control, reporting, and administrative processing of daily warehouse activities.

Functie informatie:

• Manage inbound and outbound material flows and internal material movements.
• Unload deliveries and verify received goods against shipping documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in received shipments.
• Process goods receipt and goods issue transactions accurately and on time in SAP.
• Store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Coordinate transport activities both internally and externally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts or physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system-related transaction issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams regarding inventory planning, damaged/non-conforming materials, or quarantine handling.
• Record and monitor material movements in SAP/EWM, ensuring accurate material coding and master data quality.

Functie-eisen:

• Degree, certification, or training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (equivalent experience is also considered).
• Valid driver's license and a mandatory forklift certification.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Able to work in a physically active environment, safety-conscious, and proactive.
