X is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to identify exceptional technical talent. You will work on a variety of technology positions across multiple industries, supporting international hiring projects while collaborating with a distributed team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology-related positions
Identify, source, and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, GitHub, and additional sourcing channels
Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, and overall suitability
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process
Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability across the technology sector
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition
Proven experience hiring software engineers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product managers, designers, data professionals, and other technology specialists
Previous experience working within recruitment agencies, staffing firms, RPO providers, or high-volume recruitment environments
Good understanding of software development roles, engineering teams, and modern technology stacks
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate search platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Comfortable working independently within a fully remote and international environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting international recruitment and remote hiring projects
Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) services or global workforce solutions
Understanding of Agile software development environments
Experience recruiting senior-level engineers, technical leaders, and executive technology professionals
