Digital Demand Generation
As the Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and continuously optimizing digital marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified business opportunities. You will leverage a variety of digital channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and website optimization, to attract and nurture potential customers. By analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, enhance the customer journey, and maximize the return on marketing investments. Your ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making will be essential in delivering measurable business results.
Lead Qualification & Business Development
Beyond generating leads, you will play an active role in transforming marketing interest into tangible business opportunities. You will assess and qualify incoming leads, engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, and determine their potential fit with the organization's solutions and services. Through proactive outreach and structured follow-up, you will build relationships with potential customers, schedule meetings for the sales team, and contribute to the development of a healthy sales pipeline. Data Analysis & Performance Management
Data will be at the core of your decision-making process. You will monitor key performance indicators across marketing and sales activities, develop clear dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. By analyzing lead generation metrics, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline performance, you will identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance overall business performance. Your reporting will provide management with clear visibility into the impact of marketing activities and support strategic decision-making.
CRM & Marketing Operations
You will take ownership of maintaining and optimizing lead management processes within the CRM environment. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance, you will help create a seamless flow of information between marketing and sales teams. You will implement best practices for lead nurturing, segmentation, automation, and reporting, while continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency. Your expertise with CRM and marketing technologies will contribute to better customer engagement and stronger commercial outcomes.
Project & Stakeholder Management
In this role, you will coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate closely with colleagues across different functions. You will manage priorities, align stakeholders around common objectives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. By maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, you will facilitate smooth execution and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You are a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong interest in both digital marketing and business development. You possess a solid understanding of digital acquisition strategies, customer engagement techniques, and lead management processes. Experience & Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, lead generation, business development, marketing operations, inside sales, or a comparable customer acquisition role.
You have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across various channels and are comfortable working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics solutions. Experience with lead management processes, customer journey optimization, and sales pipeline development is highly valued.
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset and understand how marketing activities contribute to business growth. Experience in qualifying and following up on leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting sales teams in converting opportunities into customers will be considered a strong advantage.
You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good professional command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
