Freelance Operations and Technical Admin Support | Solar Company | FR+NL+EN

Hello!

We are looking for a freelance Operations and Technical Admin Support profile to help us grow our solar installation business.

We work with both residential and business customers on solar panels, home batteries, and EV charger installations. As we are growing, we are looking for someone reliable, structured, and proactive who can support us with day-to-day operations and customer administration.

What you will do

You will support us with operational and administrative tasks, including:

• Following up with customers by email and phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Coordinating practical next steps with customers and team members
• Preparing and submitting administrative files, including grid operator filings and technical files (training will be provided)
• Supporting invoicing and administrative follow-up
• Keeping customer information and project status up to date
• Helping us create smoother processes as the company grows

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, accurate, and reliable
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Practical and hands-on, not afraid to take ownership
• Interested in contributing to the growth of a young company
• Available 2 to 3 days per week
• Able to work hybrid, including on-site work in Kortenberg, Belgium

Experience in construction, solar, energy, or installation businesses is a strong plus. However, motivated junior profiles are also welcome.

Language requirements

You should be fluent in at least Dutch or French, and English. Fluency in both Dutch and French is a strong advantage.

Collaboration setup

We would start with a 2-week trial period to see whether there is a good fit on both sides.

If the collaboration goes well, there are longer-term opportunities, depending on performance and business needs.

Hourly rate to be discussed.
