The back office section from the cost control of the IT performance management department is continuously working to ensure a smooth and correct process of the different administrative tasks of contract management for our external employees.
Mission period

Budget: 425€/day
Duration: 12 months (with extension)
Language requirement
English (speaking, reading, writing) : fluent Mandatory
Dutch (speaking, reading, writing) : good Preferable

Localisation
Brussels center.
Team day is Tuesday and 1 other day of choice

Create PO’s
Sending and follow up on the PO’s
Solve differences between invoices and order forms
