Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
The back office section from the cost control of the IT performance management department is continuously working to ensure a smooth and correct process of the different administrative tasks of contract management for our external employees. 

Mission period
Expected Start date:      Asap

Budget: 425€/day

Duration: 12 months (with extension)

Language requirement

English (speaking, reading, writing) : fluent Mandatory
Dutch (speaking, reading, writing) : good Preferable

French(speaking, reading, writing) : good or basic Preferable

Localisation
Brussels center.

Team day is Tuesday and 1 other day of choice

Objective of the job
Tasks:

Create PO’s
Sending and follow up on the PO’s
Solve differences between invoices and order forms
year-end: helping the cost controllers
Reporting: KPI, reports from the expenses
