We are looking for a freelance building manager where the owners retain full control over decisions, rules, approvals, and payments. The external manager would only handle execution, administration, coordination, regulatory compliance, and accounting.
We are not looking for a traditional syndic with full authority over the building or full financial control. Instead, we are seeking an outsourced building administration with owner-managed finances and decision-making.
