Mission
• Translate technology-first narratives (IT initiatives, digital transformation, complex programs) into impactful and visually strong PowerPoint decks
• Convert financial and strategic input into clear, structured visual storylines for internal communication
• Proactively gather, chase, and challenge input from stakeholders to ensure contentcompleteness and clarity
• Transform fragmented, high-level or raw input into coherent, executive-ready presentations
• Ensure strong alignment between message, structure, and visual presentation
• Deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times
• Support other communication-related tasks when needed, such as:
? Structuring and updating content on SharePoint
? Assisting with broader internal communication activities linked to Technology topics
Key Deliverables
• Internal presentations for Technology leadership, management, and internal communication moments
• PowerPoint decks where clarity, structure, and visual impact are critical
• Communication materials supporting decision-making, alignment, and change communication
Skills
Required
• Very strong PowerPoint skills (visual structuring, slide storytelling, consistency, layout)
• Proven experience creating presentations in complex corporate environments
• Ability to translate technical and financial content into accessible visual narratives
• Excellent written English is mandatory
• Strong autonomy and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working under time pressure and managing parallel requests
• Strongly hands-on and delivery-oriented
• Able to independently drive content completion and follow up with contributors
• Used to working with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Experience in Technology / IT environments
• Experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
