Freelance Training Delivery Analyst – Digital Upskilling

Hybrid – Brussels

Your role

• Perform knowledge & competence baseline assessments across different populations
• Conduct quarterly learning needs analyses linked to upcoming implementation gaps
• Define and structure learning needs per target group
• Collect, evaluate and select training content (internal & market offerings)
• Support the definition of training tracks and learning campaigns
• Contribute to sustainable learning via expert networks and on?the?job support
• Act as a trusted partner for business, IT and Learning & Development stakeholders

Your profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in change management, people development or training delivery
• Experience with training preparation and content delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with affinity for IT topics (data, cloud, security, AI, DevSecOps)
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Able to work independently in a complex organizational context
