Project management (60% FTE)

Our client is building a new group intranet. You will:

• follow up on this project together with the Internal Communications Manager.
• act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, from the conceptual phase to implementation.
• base your work on the vision document to ensure a user-friendly and future-proof intranet.

• You strengthen Internal Communications as a high-performing, aligned, and learning oriented team:
  • demonstrate IC ambassadorship and alignment with key decisions.
  • promote a positive, collaborative spirit.
  • share best practices and insights to continuously improve communication quality and impact. You contribute actively to the future readiness of the IC function:
  • promote AI adoption within the team and organization. 
  • strengthen IC capabilities, support innovation, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Internal communications (40% FTE)

As a communication partner for an assigned division, you align priorities with corporate objectives and drive impactful communication initiatives:

• design and execute an annual communication plan.
• ensure a tailored internal communications approach for projects, both within a division and across the organization.
• deliver ad hoc communications that enhance employee experience and wellbeing.

Additional objectives:

You act as a driver of internal communication priorities that support our clients transformation, organizational model, and employee experience: 

• bring our strategy to life through consistent storytelling, visuals, and dialogue so every colleague understands their role in our shared direction as one international, integrated, industrial group. 
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, meaningful narratives that guide decisionmaking and behaviours across the organization.
