Voor onze klant te Brussel zijn we op zoek naar volgend profiel:

·                 Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for IT hardware, software, and external resources, including handling quotations, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and contract or timesheet follow-up to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely delivery.

·                 Maintain accurate tracking of all IT assets by managing inventories, overseeing hardware and software lifecycles, controlling stock levels, and monitoring license usage to ensure optimization and compliance.

·                 Oversee all mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions by monitoring usage, costs, and allocations, coordinating with telecom providers, and identifying opportunities to optimize and reduce overall telecom expenses.

·                 Utilize SAP, Coupa, Omnitracker, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams on a daily basis to support procurement activities, track financial data, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
