We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain our Linux-based compute and server infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our R&D computing environment, working closely with design and test teams to continuously enhance system capabilities.
Responsibilities
_Maintain the Linux-based compute cluster: keep OS and software up to date, maintenance computing job scheduling system, installation of new software, replacement of cluster nodes. _Maintain the linux-based file servers and services: authentication, license servers, web services _Manage local gitlab instance, CI/CD and docker infrastructure
_Manage postgress database server
_Manage backups, monitor servers User management Workstation (windows) installation and support
_Work with design & test teams to upgrade the systems as needed to support the R&D activity
