Department description and responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. You’ll collaborate with site P&O's to understand the staffing needs. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled workers.


Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and align job postings according to the company standards.
- Conduct initial screenings and behavioural interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Technical profile requirements
- minimum 3+ Years of experience within recruitment in a chemical industry
- Experience of working with ATS systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Experience with recruitment of managerial, white and blue collar profiles is a must have
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Solid understanding of labour laws and regulations related to hiring (including work councils rights)
- Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+)
- Experience in sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening skills and interviewing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration or relevant field

Methodology/Certification requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration or relevant field.

Language proficiencies
- Fluent speaking and writing English
- Fluent speaking and writing German

Contract:
- start: ASAP
- mission till EOY'26
- minimum 2d/week onsite presence + during onboarding 100% onsite presence
