Omschrijving: We are looking for our customer in Gent for PM support as an assistant of the PMO (Project Management Officer). 

Role:

As a Project Management Support (PMS), you play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the Paloma+ programme. This role supports the Programme Management Officer (PMO), the Programme manager (Head of)  and Project managers in executing the programme and projects part of the programme in applying standards, methodologies, best practices, reporting, scheduling workshops/meetings and, onboarding/offboarding of stakeholders, etc.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Project Support

    • Prio : Schedule workshops and meetings
    • Prio : Administrative onboarding and offboarding of resources.
    • Prio : Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
    • Next :Assist project managers in developing project plans and timelines
    • Next :Monitor project progress and update tracking tools to ensure milestones are met.
    • Next :Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs.
    • Next :Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
    • Next :Help identify and resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.
    • Next : Maintain project management systems and ensure data accuracy.
    • Next : Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.+3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role.

Ideally : Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Timing: mid November

Full time

Remote: min 60% per week present in the office of Gent

Duration : 1 year minimum

Budget: 360€/day
