We’re looking for a Learning & Development Designer / Expert
to support one of our corporate clients in Brussels in the creation of impactful and engaging learning experiences that drive business transformation.
As an L&D Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the business to identify skill gaps and design blended learning journeys (digital, classroom, microlearning, mobile, etc.) that help employees grow and deliver on strategic objectives.
You will:
Develop and implement blended learning programs supporting transformation projects across multiple domains (e.g. finance, digital, operational excellence).
Curate and design engaging content for guided learning paths.
Support internal communication and change management around learning initiatives.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to pilot and refine learning experiences.
Focus on measurable impact and alignment with business goals.
5+ years of experience in L&D or instructional design, ideally combining digital and soft skills learning.
Solid understanding of LMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and their capabilities.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools is a strong asset.
Skilled in project management, communication, and change management.
Fluent in English (Dutch, French or German is a plus).
Passionate about learning, with strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
Location: Brussels (2 days on-site / 3 remote)
Availability: Full-time until end of 2026
