The Client aims to enhance their ways of working
and overcome the historical silos stemming from the legacy of the two old
teams, e-lotto and the corporate website.

To facilitate this shift and ensure successful
adoption, the Client is looking for a temporary RESEARCH & WORKSHOP
FACILITATOR who plans to organize a workshop to:

Set up a clear, consistent and collaborative way
to keep improving the website experience.
·
Determine a method to track all initatives and
improvement opportunities (backing)
·
Organize ourselves to identify and seize new
business opportunities.
·
