HR faces important challenges: to further digitize its processes while
implementing a culture that fosters change, feedback and leadership. After a
first wave of digital implementation (implementation Successfactors) and the
first waves of the culture implmentation, other domains of HR need to be
included in this digital transition.
To face these challenges, Our customer is looking for a project manager to
support the implementation of a key strategic project:

Implement a tool to further support our
onboarding journey
Service description:
The project manager will be responsible for:
·
Act as a senior PMO
on the project, including project activities as well as change management
activities
·
Identify &
maintain key stakeholder relations to understand business needs and business
impact at all levels (senior stakeholders, group level, IT, Finance,…)
·
Ensure a
constructive approach towards all stakeholders involved
·
Be able to analyse
scope and needs, while keeping a challenging mindset
Additional requirements:
·
Excellent project
management skills, preferably in an HR – onboarding domain
·
A good understanding
of change management within the context of tool implementation and / or
onboarding
·
Affinity and
understanding of HR tools is a plus
·
Affinity and
experience within learning / onboarding / development
·
Language: English
(fluently spoken) – French/Dutch: minimal understanding needed
