Powerpoint Specialist

We are looking for a PowerPoint Specialist to work with our internal teams on the yearly commercial plan.
Specifically, the assignment consists of:

• Communicate through e-mail, meetings (video and face-to-face) with a large number of stakeholders to understand the messages they want to pass
• Bring together input from different stakeholders throughout the organization, and make sure that the final presentation forms 1 coherent story, both visually and from a content perspective.
• Format, design, transform rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, or Word documents into visually powerful PowerPoint presentations
• Create pleasing and clear tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint, fully in line with our brand guidelines
• Consistently check details and quality of every slide deck before it is delivered to the (internal) customer
• Work in an iterative way, systematically capturing feedback from stakeholders, and continuously optimizing the presentation
• Respect challenging deadlines

• Skills :
• Good comprehension and clear communication skills
• Background or experience in marketing or brand management
• Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint and the latest Powerpoint trends and designs
• Strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (insert/edit skills here)
• Excellent planning & prioritization skills. 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many topics simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting
• Have a “do what it takes attitude”
• High productivity: capacity to quickly process a lot of information, quickly understand messages and translate them into powerful visual material
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Copywriting skills (English) is a plus
