Wij zijn momenteel voor één van onze klanten in regio Willebroek op zoek naar een Scrum master
General Requirements:
– Relevant experience of 5 years in a Scrum Master or similar role (certification is a plus)
– Knowledge of agile related technologies/models (Jira, Portfolio, Xray , Safe, Confluence,
– Functioning as an enabler and can challenge and motivate the whole team (product owners and feature
team)
– Able to work independently
– Good communicator Ability to translate technical and methodical topics into clear business language
– Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written), French is a plus
– Willingness to work in a large cooperate and international context
–Experience in working in a BizDevOps setup with partly remote feature team is a plus
–Able to integrate quickly in a team and embrace diversity
–Being a problem solver, eager to dive into it and able to propose solutions
Optional requirements:
-Experience in IT Project Management and IT Analysis and with awareness of standard methodologies and
frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Prince 2, PMBOK)
